Gigabyte unveils new Aorus, Aero laptops with RTX 30 series GPUs

Gigabyte introduced a new lineup of Aorus and Aero laptops powered by the recently released NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 series GPUs. The latest gaming laptops, including Aorus 17G, Aorus 15G, Aorus 15P, Aero 17, Aero 17 HDR, Aero 15, and Aero 15 OLED, were unveiled at the Performance Above All, a virtual launch event, on January 12, 2021.

The new NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 series laptop GPUs claim to deliver a stunning ray-traced gaming experience in Cyberpunk 2077 and other high-end games and allow content creators to use a variety of GPU-accelerated apps to produce amazing content.

David Ding, VP of Sales & Marketing at GIGABYTE, said, "GIGABYTE has been pushing the boundaries of laptop performance since 2012, the year we debuted the world's first GTX-based laptop." The new Aorus laptops were co-designed with G2 Esports, a top-tier esports team, and engineered for graphics-intensive games.

The flagship Aorus 17G boasts a 17.3-inch display. Under the hood, it runs on 10th Gen Intel Core i7-10870H with up to GeForce RTX 3080 Laptop GPU. Its FHD IPS LCD has a screen refresh rate of up to 300Hz, one of the fastest displays you can see on a gaming laptop.
