The 40th Anniversary basically employs metallic paint (even the plastic parts are moulded with sparkles), chrome and has improved joint movements and "stiffness" , and with tank mode as compared with the first edition (I don't know anything about the Respect for Volt In Box version since I don't have it ; who can really afford all these different versions , Bandai!?)

There is also the weapon stand and some missiles which I have not opened , used and assembled.

There is a red chest piece you place inside the chest  before putting this folded up sword , it is very difficult to remove once it is in. I don't recommend doing this pose.
